Recruiting all agents to Morris Park in Fairmont on Saturday, April 25 for a top secret mission. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to locate and gather wireless tracking beacons placed by the enemy known as MUGGLES! These beacons are disguised as trash and scattered all over the park.
Come join us and help pick up some trash!

About Morris Park
This beautifully rustic wooded park is situated on approximately 112 acres of land, located in Pleasant Valley. This park is very serene and perfect for walking or nature watching. 1.1 mile paved walking/ driving loop, 2 large group pavilions, tennis court, playground, basketball court, restrooms. Disc Golf course: The WVDGA has recently completed the 18-hole challenging woods course entitled “Orange Crush”. The 36-hole disc golf course complex offers multiple tee boxes and pin locations throughout. Not to mention the 8 geocaches hidden throughout the park.
Facilities, pavilions, restrooms and parking are all available. Park is open from dusk to dawn.

Schedule
10:30: Show up
10:45: Pick up supplies - Bring trash bags and gloves if you can, but if not we will supply spares.
11:00 Start collecting trash - Separate into two agencies. Each group will walk around the park collecting trash, don't forget to go in the woods to look for trash. Since Morris Park is a loop, both groups will end up at the pavilion at the end. Along the way you can pick up a total of 8 caches!
1:00: Potluck Lunch - To reward you for helping, we'll be providing some pepperoni rolls & chips for lunch. The rest is up to you. Bring whatever you want to help contribute to the lunch. You DO NOT have to bring anything to attend the event though. You'll have a chance to put names with faces and meet new cachers! Of course, there is always a chance of an occasional puzzle hint being dropped in casual conversation. Don't forget to bring your travel bugs and signature items to trade!
1:30: Can O' Beans Hunt - Dave Ulmer lost the original can o' beans and it's up to you to find it, one clue at a time. Every 5 minutes a new clue will be posted at the event pavilion to assist you in finding the can. (aka. Lock n lock) The first few finders will recieve a valture, which you can redeem for a prize! (This is an optional activity, you do not have to participate if you don't want to)
2:45: CITO picture - Everyone gather around and take a photo with all our trash bags.
3:00: Leave - THANKS FOR COMING!
As an added bonus you'll receive a special souvenir for your profile!

*Please log your will attend! If you plan on coming, or thinking about it please log your will attend to give us a good idea of how many people to expect. Also, if you are planning to bring something for the potluck lunch please let us know! We will supply pepperoni rolls and chips, but the rest is up to you!
*Be prompt and on time! If you plan on assisting in picking up trash around the park please show up no later than 11:00. At 10:45 we will distribute bags and gloves to those who need it so please come on time!
*The weather will hopefully cooperate, but if not please come prepared. Currently it is supposed to be cloudy all day up till about 3. (when the event is over) Bring your ponchos and umbrellas and do your rain dance because the event will go on!
*Gloves and good hard soled shoes. Don't forget your GPS for all the fun caches around the park and the very important can o' beans hunt! Don't forget to load the caches in the park on to your GPS. Might as well grab the caches in the park while picking up trash!
