Dude, Where did the cats go? Traditional Cache

Dude, my dog, chases my cats around, and they tease him right back. It's cute :-)

Simple park and grab, but the muggle activity makes this a chalange.

Note: I've modified this cache due to muggle activity, making it harder to find, but I increased the difficulty accordingly.

Extra credit if you can PM me why the cats are all gone :-)
