There is a large cement sign that declares the name and purpose of the location and a small plaque that honors five specific people. Use those two signs to find the location of the actual cache. Take some time to look around and please be respectful and quiet!

A=count the letters in the first name of the first person listed.
B=count the letters in the last name of the fifth name listed.
E=count the letters in the RANK of the second person listed.
H=count the letters in the last name of the first person listed. Use only the second digit.
Use the location title sign for the following:
C=count the letters in the first word in the quotation.
D=count the letters in the first name of the town.
F=count the letters in the last word in the first line.
G=count the letters in the last word in the quote.
