Geocache Description:

This cache will take you along the nature trail in the Quinault Rain Forest, a half mile loop trail that has some minor elevation gain and is well maintained.  You will walk in an enviornment found in no other region of the continental states.  You will walk among towering hundreds of year old giants, lush vegetation and swift moving creeks.  You will see moss-draped trees and an abundance of vegetation, including ferns, devils club, wild flowers, and wild berries, including blueberry, blackberry and salmonberry.

As you walk the nature trail you will see information signs, They are in the order listed below, although there are additional signs you will pass.  Along this loop, stop at the signs listed by title and waypoint.  Get the information you need, plug it in to get the final coordinates and go to the final.

The posted coordinates will take you to the parking area and the beginning of the trail. Please note there is a fee for parking, however many passes are observed.

The Quinault Ranger Station is aware of this cache, and has given permission for the final placement.
