There is a good chance that many of you have been here before for the disfunctional family series down Bartlett Track. I dont give up that my lady will return to her family. Meanwhile we need to keep the kids entertained.
This is the entrance that I have entered the Olinda Forest from thousands of times from about when I was 10 years old. First as a runner, then looking for Lyrebirds and generally loving this forest.
GPS reception in this area is shocking. I have used the iphone 4s coordinates as they are more accurate then my etrex 20 which had the coordinates of s205 and e207. But it may be best just to walk down Bartlett track about 50m Look left (north) at the fattest grey gum tree with a hollow top about 30m away and go and check it out.
You will most likely find leeches and get dirty shoes.
