This is the first of a series of ten caches (plus one bonus) at the West end of Nailsea. Please note that there is a bonus 11th cache, for which you will need to answer questions based on #007 and #10 of the series.
They are placed along and around the public footpaths of North Drove Rhyne and Parish Brook and can form a nice circular walk. These footpaths can get muddy and wet (lots of puddles) after rain so avoid your best shoes. Care should also be taken as there are rhynes on both sides of the footpath. You can park at the junction of Hanham Way/Watery Lane in the layby next to the public footpath. Lovely views in all directions and a nice quiet path. The area is actually part of the Tickenham, Nailsea and Kenn Moors Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) so please take care not to stray off the footpath, or damage any flora and fauna in the area. Many thanks to Natural England for giving permission for the cache to be placed in a SSSI.
