I can't find any recent responses from Broncoman61 about maintaining this cache which makes it appear they are either unwilling or unable to maintain this geocache. Cache maintenance includes: replacing broken or missing containers, replacing full or wet logs, updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing the needs maintenance attributes, enabling the listing, and more. Check out all of a geocache owner's responsibilities here. This cache is being archived, and removed from the active cache listings.

Geocache Description:

This cache has a log sheet only.  Bring your own writing utensil.  There is room for a small or flat TB if you should choose to drop one here.  I would be honored.  

I grew up in Kansas so the picture on the sign close to this cache reminded me of the plains back home.  In case you didn't know, it's the Kansas state _ _ _ _.  The cache is at the drive entrance to Sherrelwood Park, but please don't park next to the cache.  There are "No Parking" signs along this section, but you'll soon come up to a parking area.  Park there and take a short walk back to the cache.  There is no gate at the park entrance, but there is a closing time.  If you go after hours, please park in the neighborhood to the west, cross the street carefully and walk to the cache.
