NS Spirit Trail: Shhhhhh! Traditional Cache

<whispering> At the foot of Philip Avenue, a block south of the posted coordinates, a new overpass is being built which is designed to expedite commercial and private vehicle access to the businesses and industries that are located on the south side of the CN railway tracks. It will replace the level railway crossing at the foot of Pemberton which has historically caused major headaches for ALL drivers whenever a train is passing.

You will find this cache near a pair of very large sound abatement barriers that are designed to minimise the impact of overpass traffic noise on not only the adjacent Norgate residential neighbourhood, but on cachers and Spirit Trail users as well. (I'll let you decide for yourselves whether the barriers are helping.) You are encouraged to quietly search the area and if you do manage to find the cache, please remember to celebrate softly and discreetly.
