Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series of caches intended to assist Boy Scouts with gaining the skills and knowledge they need to earn the Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class ranks. It will also introduce non-Scouters to what Boy Scouts need to master as part of the Boy Scout program. This cache will test your observation skills...

*** THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES!!!***

The requirements for Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class ranks don't include any merit badges currently but it is very common for new scouts to earn at least a few while working on these ranks. When I was a Scout we were required to earn the First Aid merit badge as part of earning our First Class rank (it's still an Eagle-required merit badge). Since I've wanted to include a puzzle cache as part of this series, I figured this would be a good way to include the subject. North 40 degrees and West 86 degrees are assumed in this puzzle. You just need to fill in the decimal minutes.

Hopefully in the process of studying these badges, you'll find the coordinates to this container. The container has some swag made using Scouting skills, along with a FTF tag and one of my signature tags. Bring your own pencil. Happy hunting and Happy Pi Day 2015!

You can check your answers for this puzzle on GeoChecker.com.
