2-Can You Hear Me Now? Mystery Cache

This is an easy puzzle for those of you like me that tend to struggle solving some of the really tough puzzles.  The difficulty rating is based more on the high muggle activity, rather than on the difficulty of the puzzle.    

Depending on when you are looking, the muggle activity may prohibit getting this cache.  Please be very careful so this cache can remain active.  You may have to wait and come back at another time.  Feel free to use the Spoiler Hint to speed up your search to reduce the chance of being seen by muggles.  There are not very many magnetic spots.  So, please re-hide it the same as you found it.
