Geocache Description:

Solve the puzzle, find the cache and maybe go treat yourself to an Irish beer when you're done.

March 17 is the day that the Irish, and those who wish they were, celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.  You don’t have to be Irish to solve this puzzle cache, and you don’t have to do it on St. Patrick’s Day. You will need to know a bit about Irish folklore, however. If you don't, then let Google be your friend.

The cache is not at the coordinates given, but it is within a short drive.

  • A. A mischievous Irish fairy that plays tricks on people.
  • B. A gemstone often used to describe the color of Ireland.
  • C. According to legend, St. Patrick drove what creatures out of Ireland? (plural).
  • D. You will find a pot of gold at the end of what?
  • E. According to song, what did Paddy McGinty buy for himself?
  • F. What Irishman of song is famous for lowering the boom?
