This is the 10th annual event so it will be very special!

10th Annual Rawlins Brownbag Event

Geocaching Logo Used With Permission

It is almost time again for the Annual Rawlins Brownbag event. This event will be held at Washington Park here in Rawlins again. This edition of the Brownbag will be similar to previous years in as much as we will have a meet and greet, lunch and geopoker run. I am hopeful the weather will be nice this year but one never knows so bring clothing for cold, wet weather just in case.

Where: Washington Park - Rawlins, WY
When: Saturday June 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
10:00 a.m. to Noon: Registration / Meet and Greet
Noon to 12:30 p.m.: Lunch
12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.: GeoPoker Challenge
2:00 p.m.: Raffle drawings

Since this is the 10th annual event, we are doing something we have never done. We will be supplying lunch this year! We will supply chicken as well as chips and a macaroni salad and soda and water. If you would like something else to eat or drink, please bring that with you. In the past, we have supplied cake and green chili but with the decline in attendance, we were forced to stop that practice but this year we are going one step further with a full lunch. We hope to see you here in Rawlins in June and until then, happy caching and tell your friends about our event!

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have committed to coming to this event. The past few years, attendance has been pretty meager, so much so that I have considered not sponsoring this event any longer. I'm glad I didn't do that. I'm very much looking forward to the event this year!
