Geocache Description:

CARL7 RELAX: Saturday, June 20, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm

CARL7 is all about friendship as we celebrate 7 years of CARL events in the Lethbridge area.
Welcome to CARL7, the seventh annual Cache and Relax Lethbridge weekend hosted by EO-LETH and coordinated by Morningdrifter, Stitch1 and TeamDJM.

The CARL7 RELAX event is at the posted coordinates. Meet your fellow cachers for refueling, story-telling and prize distribution. We will gather at a private residence with a big yard! We have a large grassed area, shaded areas and a garage if it is raining. Bring your own lawn chairs and a picnic supper for your family. There will be a BBQ and fire pit if you want to cook your supper. This is a family gathering so no alcohol or dogs please.
Please post a 'Will Attend' and indicate the number of people accompanying you.

RECOGNITION/PRIZES: After supper, we will celebrate our successes and share our troubles and some prizes will be awarded. We would appreciate the donation of additional prizes for the event. Please let us know what you have to donate.

PARTICIPATION: You are welcome to log the event as 'Attended' only if you have attend the RELAX .

LASTING EFFECT: New friendships, new caches in Lethbridge & new ideas for caches.


What happens before the RELAX event?

If you would like to support the event by hiding one or more caches for CARL7, submit them for approval between now and Thursday, June 11th. For more information or details about the weekend, please send an email to EO-LETH
lthbridge@gmail.com.

Name the cache CARL7 (written without any spaces or dashes) at the start of the name (e.g. CARL7 Big Hill Surprize ) and hide the caches within 40 km of the posted coordinates
As with all caches, they must be in place at the time they are submitted for final review".
In the “short description” mention the cache should not be located prior to 6 p.m. Friday June 19 to be counted in the RELAX totals.”
Notes to the cache reviewer should state that the cache is placed for the CARL7 event and should be published the evening of Thursday, June 18th

June 18: The CARL7 caches are published.
June 19: 6 pm to Saturday (20) 6pm: Find as many or as few CARL7 caches as you want!
June 20: 6pm to 8:30pm: The CARL7 RELAX event is at the posted coordinates.
