L fer Leather Traditional Cache

This is one of a 26 part fun series based on the Cockney Alphabet.  All caches are easily accessible on local roads with adequate parking.
Some are placed on private property with the permission of the land owner.
When retrieving caches along roadsides watch out for wriggly sticks and other biteys.
Make sure you return the cache well concealed from Muggles.

Sometimes you will see firefighters running lickety-split along here whilst practicing their drill, and at other times you will see horses running hell for leather around the nearby track. 

This cache will be readily available if neither of these events are occurring.  If that is the case you will be able to park a car very close to ground zero.  However it is still in a busy area so you will have to be alert for muggles, and also for arachnids wearing Essendon football colours.
