This Wherigo is located in Fox Run Park. You will do the Kessel Run in one small section of the park, and if you can beat the timer, you will be directed to the geocache which is hidden in a different part of the park.
According to Wookieepedia: the Kessel Run was one of the most heavily used smuggling routes in the Galactic Empire. Han Solo claimed that his Millennium Falcon "made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs". A parsec is a unit of distance, not time. Therefore, Solo was not referring directly to his ship's speed when he made this claim. Instead, he was referring to the shorter route he was able to travel by skirting the nearby Maw black hole cluster, thus making the run in under the standard distance. By moving closer to the black holes, Solo managed to cut the distance down to less than 12 parsecs.
Regardless of what Han Solo meant while bragging about his ship to Obi Wan and Luke, this Wherigo will measure your ability to move from zone to zone quick enough to beat the timer.
To make it fair for space travelers of all ability levels, you can select your estimated fitness level at the beginning of the cartridge. Couch Potatoes get a lot more time to complete the Kessel Run than Professional Runners.
