My grandfather, LB Shrewsbury, built the yellowish building circa 1950 as the first veterinary hospital in Raleigh County. The brown building was built circa 1953 for soil testing when they were building the original turnpike. He built apartments over the brown building to house any workers wanting to stay until the completion of the turnpike.
The actual geocache is not at the listed coordinates. They will take you to the first part, where you will discover instructions to get to the cache. The two parts are within fifty yards of each other. The owners of this geocache also own the property so feel free to search. If you see anyone looking out the windows, don't worry, it's us. Plenty of room for tradeables. Some unique SWAG for the first 5 or so to find. please dont take anything unless you have something to leave.
Parking is best on the pavement in front of the brown building & be careful of the ditch by the drain.
