Geocache Description:

Quartermaster Harbor is designated an Important Bird Area by the National Audubon Society. The harbor is a major wintering area for Western Grebes, a species that has declined in the 1980s and 1990s. The harbor's eelgrass beds and algae provide spawning habitat for Pacific Herring. The Herring in turn, are a food fish for wintering Western Grebes. Thirty-six other bird species use the harbor's habitat each year.

You are looking for a small size cache. This cache should be somewhat easy to find. If you are familiar with this type of cache then it will be a quick park and grab for you. If you are not familiar then you might end up having to check the hint.
