Nelson Park Multi Multi-Cache

This is a 3 stage multi located in Nelson Park.
The coordinates take you to a sign with a map on it. There is a four digit number at the top right corner that you will use to figure out the coordinates for stage two.

Divide the number by 1000 and add it to
N43 17.547

Reverse the number divide that by 1000 and add it to
W79 42.131

Stage two contains the coordinates for stage 3. 

Stage 3 
Is now a micro but I will leave it listed as a small, so it doesn't mess up people's stats. You are looking for a bison tube. Log only, BYOP. Please replace both stages as found.
