You are looking for a large coffee can wrapped in camo filled full of swag with plenty of room for trade.  Watch for the muggles. 

Lock #4 and canal at Beverly are part of the historic Muskingum River Parkway. This navigation system facilitated trade and commerce from its opening in 1841 to the early 1900's. Today the locks and canals are open to recreational boaters and preserved for their historical significance.
