You are seeking a 3 stage multi cache that beings at the historical marker where Captain Eddins was wounded. Here on the banks of the Black Warrior River, Captain Eddins lead a failed defense of the city and the university. Read the marker to solve

A = The number of letters in second word of the state that he was born in.

B = Add together the second and third digits of the year he was born.

C = The number of people that surrendered the city to Croxton.

D = The number of letters in Berry’s first name.
