The Towpath Trail is a circular walk of about 3km, it takes you along the Wareham Causeway, through Ridge, past Redcliff and then back along the Towpath to Wareham. There are plenty of places to park in Wareham but the Quay is the closest (There is is a small fee and you can't park there on Saturdays.)
This cache is a replacemnt of Towpath Trail 2- The Causeway, which was in an over-exposed location and kept being being blown away. The route of the Towpath Trail series is still the same.
After walking along the causeway you reach Stoborough. Stoborough is a pretty little village with a few houses, a school, a pub and a small green area which is perfect for picnics.
Be wary of the busy road along this stretch of the trail and also look out for muggles who seem to be in abundance around the cache site.
