This is a fairly easy to find cache.
Once you have discovered the cache, I encourage you to follow the path further, in either direction, and “discover” Newmarket Park. From Newmarket Park, you can continue to circle back to your start point. The total loop time is about 15 minutes - use your GPS map to aid you.
The park itself can be a good place to enjoy a picnic. There are toilets, parking and children's playground activities. The grounds are large enough to kick a ball around etc.
You can also try to discover "Tony's Treasure Trove #2", located about 190 meters away. The two caches are linked by pathway, and can be reached with no need to cross any roads.
