Geocache Description:

This cache is also part of The Nailsea Round cache Series.

#9 North Drove: Waterfall can be found on the approach to a small waterfall 5m away that is on the footpath heading NE off the bridleway. This is a small area next to the babbling Parish Brook. You are looking for a small camo container that contains a log. Please replace as found .

This is the 9th of a new series (2015) of caches at the West end of Nailsea. They are placed along and around the public footpaths of North Drove Rhyne and Parish Brook and can form a nice circular walk. These footpaths can get muddy and wet (lots of puddles) after rain so avoid your best shoes. Care should also be taken as there are rhynes on both sides of the footpath. You can park at the junction of Hanham Way/Watery Lane in the layby next to the public footpath. Lovely views in all directions and a nice quiet path. The area is actually part of the Tickenham, Nailsea and Kenn Moors Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) so please take care not to stray off the footpath, or damage any flora and fauna in the area. Many thanks to Natural England for giving permission for the cache to be placed in a SSSI.
