Harleys Hangout is a traditional cache placed in an area we all love to visit for many reasons, both now and over many many years ago.
In the past we spent many happy days playing here with our young children and their lovely Gran and Papa who loved eating out and walking with us. More recently it has become one of our favourite place to bring Cousin Steve who used to have a big collie dog called "Harley" who we helped to look after sometimes. He was so lovely and very big and fluffy. This cache is now in his memory as one of his favorite places to play.
Its right next to a lovely modern play park and a good picnic/grass/ball area to play. Near by and a little way further down the road there is a selection of good eating places including pubs, cafes and fish and chip shops. There are two good sized car parks very close to the cache with toilets available in one and ice cream vans visiting. The beach of course is one of the main attractions and it is dog friendly all year round.
If you would like to add any photos of you having fun on the beach/with dogs/picnics/icecreams/having fun etc my family would love to see them.
