The cache is located in a small gathering of trees in the south area of the park. It's a great park with a little playground to bring kids to for picnics in the summer, sledding in the winter and lots more! The cache is incredibly easy to find, just look around for a couple minutes!
It is my understanding the park is owned by the City of Calgary and thus I did not need to obtain permission from any private landowners.
