There was talk about a BMX track here but budget limitations have kept that on a wish list.
This area has been used a couple of different times (that I know of) to keep road equipment for different road expansions - recently the widening of the QEW and the roundabout nearby are the two that come to mind.
The only trails in here have been made by deer. The only wildlife I saw today were crickets but there are tonnes of deer beds and deer trails. There have been much said in the past about coyotes and wild dogs and if there are deer, then I'm sure there are carnivores around to chase them. Please cache responsibly.
This particular area of the park can be underwater during the Spring. The ground is VERY irregular. Ticks must consider this HEAVEN in the Spring and early Summer..... Please prepare appropriately.
