When we came to Cabo to do some maintenance our own and others' caches, we expected to replace the one at the top of this trail. We were quite surprised to find it in great shape, as it had not been logged in over a year.
On the way back down, we left our replacement behind, rather than carry it all the way back home, as we thought that this was such a great hike. Funny thing was, after asking the other owner about his thoughts on us placing another on this hill, he said 'It deserves two'.
The cache is not on private property, but a well marked path can be found near the Gardenias condominiums. You will need to request permission from the guard, but the owner has granted permission to use the trail. Muy bonita view of a great course by the ocean. Keep going to the top for Fore Real, the view gets even better. The hike itself is worth the effort just to see this view.
