Q fer Tickets Traditional Cache

This is one of a 26 part fun series based on the Cockney Alphabet.  All caches are easily accessible on local roads with adequate parking.
Some are placed on private property with the permission of the land owner.
When retrieving caches along roadsides watch out for wriggly sticks and other biteys.
Make sure you return the cache well concealed from Muggles.

For many years people would line up here to gain entrance to various events that required the purchase of a ticket. This no longer serves that purpose, rather it is now more decorative than functional.
Parking may be a problem here, you could park on the western side of the road but be careful crossing, especially with geotots, it is a busy street. Alternatively you may take advantage of free parking at businesses on the southern side, where you can cross safely at the traffic lights.
The difficulty rating is high because of the Muggle factor.  Acquiring and returning ths cache will require the utmost stealth. You will need to bring your own pen and extraction tool
