The cache is located at the highway 128 crossing of Miller Creek, one of many seasonal water flows into the Russian River, stemming from the flanks of Geyser Peak. Suggest parking on the east side of roadway and be careful of traffic, especially on weekends.
This highway crosses three counties and five wine grape appellations, stretching from the Pacific Ocean to the Napa Valley and considerd one of the most scenic in California. This cache is located almost central to the Alexander Valley, named after Cyrus Alexander, a early settler in the 1800's. This is a small cache with room for log and to exchange a few small tokens.
