The name of this cache has to do with the location. After placing in the usual spot here and before driving away I noticed there are a lot of windows in this building. Making this cache a high muggle area during regular business hours. Hence the necessary use of stealth and recommended at night attribute. Not meant to be hard, meant to get you outta your house.
