This is in reference to a great 80's movie with Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey. I watch this movie whenever I get the chance and always notice something I never noticed before.
This cache is located in a popular strip mall. You should not encounter many muggles where the cache is located, but beware, they do walk over from the neighborhoods near by.
