Geocache Description:

Kolomoki Mounds State Park has something for everyone so take advantage of all that it has to offer.  As in all Georgia State Parks there is a parking fee.  Please obey all state park rules when searching for this cache.  Ths cache was placed with permission from the Park Manager.

This is one of the series along the Spruce Pine Trail.

You are looking for a camouflaged container that holds a log, pen, and a few small items.  Opening the container will be easy, closing it back will take a little more effort.  You have a nice view of Lake Yahoola from here. Also, after finding the cache there is a overlook deck with benches all around it where you can rest before attempting your next find or just enjoying the trail. Please leave the cache in better shape than you found it.
