While you don't need a library card to check out a video here, you will need to find the library card inside the exchange to claim this smiley. The library card and its sleeve can be removed from its attachment method for better access. Please be gentle with both, place back securely and BYOP. This was created by a friend of mine and permission was given to hide a cache inside. If you see them out in the yard, say hello!
