The majestic statue of the Goddess A-Ma, deity of Chinese seafarers, is located at the highest point of the Coloane Peak (170m), and is visible from far out in the South China Sea.
Designed in Macau but carved in China, the white marble statue stands 19.99 meters high to physically symbolize the year of the handover.
