Geocache Description:

The initial step in this fairly doable quest requires the substitution of the last four digits of the N and W posted coordinates with new digits. The text below is a slightly modified excerpt from a website describing the history and nature of cryptography.

“The word cryptography comes from the Greek word kryptos, which means hidden. Egyptian hieroglyphics are often cited as the start of cryptography back in the second millennium BC. The meaning of these complex pictograms was exclusive to a few in the upper class. The first use of a modern cryptography is credited to Julius Caesar, who wanted to communicate with his officers and governors without his untrustworthy messengers understanding his messages. He came up with a system in which each character in his messages was replaced by a character three positions ahead of it in the Roman alphabet.”

These new coordinates will take you to the dead centre of an intersection of two “royal” streets.

Put the first words in the names of these two streets in alphabetical order and convert them to a very large number using a technique, consistently, that will provide two possible solutions.

From the smaller solution subtract 53,860,706,464 to determine the needed eight digits of this smallish small cache’s coordinates.

I am not providing a GeoChecker for this puzzle to spare you the humiliating, and oft-times frustratingly repetitive, task of proving you’re human.
