The four caches are also designed to sit alongside my TRoTAM series of caches, and the poem 'The Rime of the Ancient Cacher' is a parody of the Samuel Taylor Coleridge poem 'The Rime of the Ancient Mariner' which that series takes you through.
This poem tells the tale of an old cacher on a long journey, who is frustrated at every turn and ends up making only one find before returning.
PART III
"There passed a weary time. My belly
Was parched, and much did I sigh.
How I found the nano I do not know;
I thank my cacher's eye.
With belly unslaked, with lips agape,
I could nor laugh nor call;
My lone find of the whole journey,
Was hidden in a wall.
A vision of food, so beautiful!
And my mind's eye, it did lie:
And a thousand thousand slimy things
Carried on; and so did I."

The Cache
This cache has a nice bit of cover over it. Please leave it with this cover over it! You'll need to bring your own pen, as there isn't one in the cache, and you do need to sign the log to claim the find.
