Lakeview's Flooding Bridge Traditional Cache

This is a fairly easy nano with close by parking. A pair of tweezers may come in handy

Just south (towards the River) of this cache is a railroad bridge. During severe downpours and tropical weather, this underpass will flood, causing difficulty in navigating from Lakeview to the rest of the city. Wouldn’t be too bad, except just north (towards the lake) is the junction of I-10 and I-610, a major interchange for entrance/egress in this part of New Orleans. Folks who don’t live in this particular area seem to forget about the bridge.
