A series of four caches - one for each decade of Mountainbiker's lifetime. The total distance is approximately 2 miles and there are no significant hills - just a gentle incline at one section.
Two of the caches contain the coordinates for the location of the final bonus cache.
The circular walk begins on a substantial path which is usually dry and easy walking. However the footpath gets very wet and muddy about halfway round and it is necessary to walk through a short section of marshland which will require stout walking boots or wellies. There is also a stream to cross which is well within the capability of wellies but will wet your feet if wearing boots. There is a rusty gate which bridges the stream and can be negotiated with care but young children will find this a challenge. Most kids with a sense of adventure will enjoy this crossing challenge.
MB36 Decade 3:
See MB36 Decade 1 for parking and trailhead coordinates.
From Decade 2, walk on along the track past a number of well tucked away and substantial houses with well cared for gardens until you come to a lane cross roads. Turn left here and go on past the farm buildings to the GZ at a fork in the lane.
You are looking for a regular click lock box in a camo bag. There is room for TBs and Geocoins. When placed it contained a couple of pathtags. Please take care to cover the cache carefully. The path is popular with dog walkers.
