Geocache Description:

The 8th Avenue Express and Local trains in New York are composed of the A, C and E trains with the corresponding letters in a Blue Circle.

Since Largo has at least two 8th Avenues (North West and South West) the series has room to expand.
1.5/2 difficulty because the island is a triangle of traffic lanes, which you must cross to get there. Please replace so the container is not sitting in view of muggles while unattended.
