Summit Park Cemetery Puzzle Mystery Cache

Just an easy puzzle in a cute little cemetery! This is the cemetery I was lurking in November 2013, (searching for now archived cache, GC4CEA9) when I met JATLINK; I had maybe 20 caches under my belt at that point- and now I'm about to hit 800! She pulled her car over and helped me look for it, and confirmed it was missing. Now that it is finally archived, I've placed this cache in honor of my 800th find! (Which should be happening later today 3/29/15)

This in an easy puzzle, and requires you to only find one headstone. All the information you'll need can be found at that one spot.

A- The day Sallie Lane died

BC- The last two digits of Sara Marsh's birth year

D- The last digit of Sarah Marsh's death year

E- The month Martha Wood was born

FG- Last two digits of Joseph Wood's birth year
