BWeldon: Okay I did my best to keep a cache here after the previous Geocacher archived theirs. However it seems this spot just does not want a cache. With this being the third time I have had to deal with it going missing I'm finally calling it.
The Canal Corp now is "de-foresting" the area to take down the Old Mill ruins, I feel it's just not a place to have a cache right now. Maybe in time when things settle and re-grow we can come back to it.

Geocache Description:

This place is a favorite spot for my son Andy to explore. He loves the old buildings and the history they hold. This is private property though and the owner (a friend) asks that you not cross the fence line and go into the buildings. There once was a cache nearby but seems to have gone missing and was disabled. Please be careful.
