Part of a series which will eventually stretch from Lowestoft to Croydon in Surrey. Having grown up in Croydon, Surrey, we often make the 120 mile journey south to see family and friends. This series will give cachers the opportunity to pick up some smileys on any journey using the A12. All will be accessible from lay bys but not all will be in the actual layby itself.
A quick (ish) cache and dash if you get your eye in. It is hidden a little way up the footpath at the northern end of the lay by. The cache is a small camouflaged clip box. Please replace exactly as found. There is a footpath running from this layby north giving lovely views of the countryside. ***Please take care when exiting and entering your vehicles as this is a very busy road. Please park as close in as you can and where possible get children in and out on the passenger side. Take care, stay safe! ***
