The 'Allt Fedw Fach' wood (Grid ref SN666727) lies just off the B4340 Abersytwyth to Pontryfendigaid road at its mid way point near Abermagwr village. Access to the wood is over theTrawscoed Bridge following the road straight across to Trawscoed village. Access is also possible from the B4575 from Llanilar, turning right into Trawscoed village just before the bridge. Allt Fedw Fach Wood is a small Forestry Commission plantation with a mixture of broadleaf & pine trees.
