Prior to the event, act like a muggle/tourist.
At 0900h a whistle or horn will sound and everyone will gather atop of the "hill", where there will be a bucket to drop your recipe card with your caching name on it for a draw later.
At 0905h a group photo will be taken with the flags in the background.
At 0910h the best dressed geocacher will be awarded and a draw will be held for a couple of prizes and FTF honours.
At 0915h geocachers may exchange trackables, and check out the plaques and old steam engine at this park.
At 0930h everyone will disperse and vacate the area wthout a trace!!
OPTIONAL*IF YOU BRING A RECIPE CARD WITH YOUR GEOCACHING NAME ON IT, THIS WILL BE USED IN A DRAW.
I will have a FEW extra cards for those who forget.
