Geocache Description:

St Mary's church is a Medieval building of particular interest to the historian - damaged in the Civil War and partially rebuilt in the 17th century. There are many interesting grave stones and memorials, especially those of the Lechmere family. It is open at weekends, and on weekdays during school holidays.

The cache is situated outside the church grounds, it can be accessed via the church grounds or from surrounding footpaths. The cache is a 35mm film cannister which is located just off the footpath.

If anybody would like to expand  this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first at churchmicro@gmail.com so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication.
There is also a Church Micro Stats & Information page found via the Bookmark list
