This cache was placed off a stretch of the MST around Falls Lake that was begging for a new cache to fill in some cacheless spaces. The well maintained trail is great for hiking and the view of the lake is beautiful. Parking and the trailhead access is off Six Forks Rd near the bridge over the lake or at Blue Jay Point Park.
This cache is one of a collection of tins that I have accumulated over the years. Some would say I am inTINse about wine, dark chocolate, the great outdoors & hiking. I try to partake of each every day. This cache combines them all nicely. Enjoy the hunt and the view of the lake.
