igotahunch: Unfortunately the new owners of the Masters building are doing some sensitive work there are not happy to have people messing around their fence. Security will be high and cachers will be bailed up. I will find another spot for a different cache when it calms down out there. Yes, the cache has always ben there, just a bugger to find!
