Life and Death Multi-Cache

This is a short two stage multi that highlights a man-made lake with resident ducks, geese, turtles and even a crane. There is also a wildlife sanctuary nearby. The information you need to find the final stage can be obtained from the memorial plaque at the posted coordinates above.

The initial stage of this cache brings you to a beautiful lake where we go every year to watch the fireworks for the Fourth of July. Parking is available along the streets in the designated spots. Take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the wildlife, but as the signs all around say, please do not feed the geese. 

To obtain the final coordinates you will need to figure out the following information:

a = Number of letters in the shortest word that appears on the plaque three times 

b = Number of letters in the name of the Estates that were created

c = First number in the date at the very bottom of the plaque

d = Number of letters in the longest word of the second line minus seven

e = Number of letters in the founder's first name minus one

f = Number of letters in the founder's last name minus one

The final stage is a just a short distance away. There is parking in front of the cache off of a sidestreet but please do not block the driveways.
