This is a park and grab in a nice city park. Some nice new buildings and parking areas were just finished here. There is a lot to see and do here in La Crescent.
The container was changed since the line of bushes were removed with the construction. It is a small container in plain sight, but it blends in to its surroundings. The cache is not on or under the flagpole, but nearby at the base of a different beacon. It is not winter-friendly. The empty geo decoy (an example of what to look for) was removed because it was apparently too confusing. Enjoy the park!
