This cache is a park and grab right by the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RISPCA). It's a place that's near and dear to me because it's where I got my current pup Nikko. It's a great place that does amazing work, and even now I stop in every once in awhile to check out the animals that they are housing at that time.
The cache itself shouldn't give you much trouble, so as always, happy caching!
